Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This is to ensure the authenticity and integrity of all products sold.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

To report an issue, please email us with your order number and supporting images.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order, as we are unable to modify orders once they are processed.
